Healing Journeys

Tenay here! Wanted to give you a quick update from my site, TenayBenes.com.

I just launched a new series on the “Truly, Truly Tenay” podcast called “Healing Journeys” in which I interview people who are or have navigated complex illnesses (including congenital, developmental, chronic, and injury-induced illnesses).

I ask each guest to share their healing journey timeline, including which approaches, professionals, and resources were really helpful. I then ask them how they applied holistic healing principles to their journeys. I finally ask them to dream with me as we envision how our current health, wellness, and human services sectors can change to improve health outcomes for people like them.

This podcast is great for anyone navigating a complex illness, wanting to support or heal people with complex illnesses, or wanting to improve the health, wellness, and human services sectors–what we at Benes Companies call the “care continuum“.
