We know what it’s like to search for a company that enables an improved quality of life–and health–over time, but not find one! Trial Period

Signing Bonus

Hourly Salary
We know that your skills took time and effort to hone, so we offer competitive hourly salaries for the skills you bring to the table. Why hourly? Because we offer hyper-flexible schedules and you deserve pay for every hour you work.
Remote or On-site Work
We think the world should learn from COVID-19 (less commuting, anyone?) so we offer the opportunity to work from home or a co-working space near your current residence for most positions. A few positions are local to specific towns due to the nature of the job and are advertised as such before hiring.
Short Work Day or Week
We believe that teammates whose lives are well-balanced will produce better work than those who live to work. That’s why our full-time schedule is a 30 hour week on your terms, up to 12 hours per day or as low as zero hours per day, Monday through Friday. Our part-timer schedule is a 15-hour week.
Hyper-flexible Schedule
We want to hire the hard-to-hire, so we build our schedule around you. Every week, we will tell you which hours and work tasks are available for you to choose for the next two weeks, and you will schedule which of those you want to work. You can change your schedule up to two work days before.*
Part- & Full-Time Positions
We want to hire the hard-to-hire, so we offer both a part-time and a full-time version of almost every position. This allows applicants to choose the schedule that best supports their personal life, health, and growth goals.* Healthy teammates work better.
Part-time Benefits
We don’t want to punish you for having a life outside of work (what?!), so we offer the same health and savings benefits to our part-time teammates as we do to our full-time teammates. We believe that all teammates are valuable.

Paid Time Off
We believe that a well-rested teammate produces better work than an overworked one, so we pay you to take off 180 hours (30 days) per year. Yes–30 days off per year! It’s almost like Europe up in here.

We believe that healthy communities start with healthy families, so we offer new parents up to 18 weeks of age-adjusted paid parental leave, regardless of whether you are the birth parent, the supporting parent, or adoptive parents (including for miscarriage & stillbirth).
Low Travel & Exemptions
We believe that living on the road is hard on your health, so most of our positions only require travel twice a year for conferences. ** Teammates who birthed a child within the last year or who are single-parents are exempt from travel because who needs that stress?
International Sponsorship
