Our application process has multiple stages because we want to find the right people for our mission and we want the people we hire to enjoy the work we can offer them. That’s why it takes several weeks for an applicant to get through the process to the trial stage, which includes:

  • Online applicant questionnaire
  • Video chat interview
  • Resume verification
  • Trial offer letter
  • Trial period hire (3-month observation)
  • Permanent offer letter
